I have found from clinical experience that working with clients over an specific time scale much more successful than offering just one off appointments.  The main reason being that making dietary and lifestyle changes takes time, commitment and consistency.

Committing to a programme for approximately twelve weeks ensures the changes we implement have become embedded and you then create new habits, which are sustainable. 

I offer three programmes, all supported with a printed Tanita body composition reading which measures body fat%, muscle mass, metabolic age, visceral fat and BMI, allowing for progress to be measured and tracked.

What to expect on my programmes:

First Consultation (60 minutes):

We discuss in detail any health concerns you may have, whilst also exploring your health journey, this involves examining your health from birth up to the current date.  I will also collate information on your dietary habits and lifestyle.

Together we will create a programme that suits you and your lifestyle.  Making small but significant changes to your diet and lifestyle with the aim to optimise your health.

Follow Up Consultations:

During our next consultations you will learn more about macro and micro nutrients that are essential for good health, the importance of having abundant and diverse gut bacteria and we may discuss tests (if relevant) to help us get to the root of your health issue.

I will provide you with recipes and snack ideas which are both easy to create, suitable for the whole family and full of nutrient dense foods which keep you full and satisfied. 

I will also teach you how to manage and reduce stress as this can have a huge impact on your overall wellbeing.  I will also give you ideas on how to easily incorporate exercise into your lifestyle which does not involve fancy equipment or a gym membership. 

My programmes are personalised whilst also being educational and inspiring. They enable you to make simple dietary and lifestyle changes that will benefit your health immediately but will also steer you onto a path towards thriving health.
