What to expect:

We will have regular contact - either in person or online, where I am able to provide you with the support and motivation to help you achieve your weight loss goals.  I will also help you overcome any barriers that may have been holding you back or sabotaging you in the past.

All my advice to you is personalised, it is based upon scientific evidence which is supported by my clinical experience and success from previous clients.

You will receive a comprehensive nutrition pack that provides you with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas which are highly nutritious and easy to prepare. The most important factor for any health change is ensuring that it is sustainable, not just for the short term benefits of weight loss but for the long term benefits for thriving health.

I also offer practical shopping, cooking and health tips to make simple, yet effective changes to your current lifestyle - this may include support with meal planning, shopping advice, understanding what is 'healthy' and what is not when you are pushed for time.

Full body composition analysis is also available, this measures weight, body fat%, muscle mass, metabolic age, visceral fat and BMI.  

A typical daily menu may look like this:

Breakfast

Overnight oats with coconut milk & yogurt, chia seeds, mixed berries and cinnamon

Lunch

Hummus, roasted vegetable, spinach and pomegranate salad

Dinner

Thai vegetable curry with baked cod

Snacks

Plain yogurt with berry compote and a sprinkle of toasted flaked almonds

Snacks

Roasted carrot hummus with red pepper relish and avocado on toast

Hydration

1.4-2L water and herbal teas per day
