I am excited to announce that this Autumn I will be running my 6 week weight loss and wellbeing workshop in Andover.
It is a friendly and educational group to help you achieve your personal health goals.
Within small groups you will learn how to lose weight and understand a way of eating that helps support weight loss coupled with other health benefits, such as enhanced mood, improved sleep and increased energy.

- Gut Health
This is a supportive, educational and inspirational group.
Changing your diet and lifestyle is much more fun when you are surrounded by friends. Throughout the programme you are encouraged to share your own tips and tricks, whilst celebrating your own achievements in the weekly meetings.
Weekly meetings that educate and inspire you in a fun way
Tasters from delicious recipes - usually some kind of cake!!
Understanding the GL (glycaemic load) way of eating - step by step guidance on why it is so important to keep your blood sugar levels stable
Support and guidance from a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, MBANT)
Body Composition measurements: weight, fat %, muscle mass, metabolic age, visceral fat (an important marker for heart disease and other lifestyle diseases) at the start and end of the programme - we wont be getting obsessed with the scales or counting calories.
