Oats - Chocolate Porridge (serves 1)

250/300ml liquid - Unsweetened milk - soya/almond/ cashew / full fat organic cow
1 small banana
1 tbsp raw cacao powder - use less if you do not want it too chocolatey
1 tbsp nut butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp chopped nuts/cacao nibs
Pop oats and milk into a pan, stir occasionally and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the cacao powder, and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes, add more milk if necessary.
When cooked, stir through nut butter, and top with chopped banana and cinnamon, you could also top with some chopped nut, fresh strawberries or cacao nibs for crunch
